Student Safety at St. Patrick School

At St. Patrick School, the safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a secure and supportive environment where every child can learn and grow in faith. Through training, prevention programs, and emergency preparedness, our staff and volunteers work together to ensure that students are protected both inside and outside the classroom.

We also provide parents and guardians with resources to better understand our safety policies and state guidelines. The following documents outline important practices and expectations in place at St. Patrick School:

Teaching children to recognize safe and unsafe situations is an important part of helping them grow. Circle of Grace gives students the tools to understand personal boundaries while reminding them they are loved and protected by God.

Emergencies are never expected, but being prepared makes all the difference. Our crisis plan outlines how we respond and care for students in a variety of situations so families can trust that their children are safe at school.

We are committed to creating a safe, faith-filled environment for every child. All staff and volunteers follow the Diocese of Peoria’s Safe Environment requirements, including training and background checks.

Families deserve to know their rights and the protections in place for their children. Faith’s Law provides clear guidance for reporting concerns and ensuring schools remain safe places to learn.

Your Child’s Safety Is Our Priority
